Thomas Reginald Walker was President and Chief Engineer of Dairy Specialties, Inc. The factory in Sandy Hook, Connecticut manufactured milking machine brushes, mallets, and shotgun cleaners. "Reg" built the machinery used in the factory which ran from the 1930's until a while after he passed away in 1960.
