Book, Now and Then, by Jo Ann Farnsworth
Jo Ann Stephens Farnsworth wrote three books about the Bear Lake Valley area of Idaho and Utah.  She was hearing impaired, so she read lips while interviewing her subjects.  Some stories were typed into a computer during the interviews and others were typed later with the help of people who listened to the tapes and told her what they contained.  She passed away December 16, 2017.
