White Man Runs Him's grave at Custer National Cemetery, Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, Montana
Also known as Mahr-Itah-Thee-Dah-Ka-Roosh, he was a Crow scout with George Armstrong Custer at the Battle of Little Bighorn.  There are a couple of different stories about how he survived the battle, but his version is that the chief scout, Mitch Boyer, ordered the Crows to join a pack train instead of going into battle with Custer against the Sioux and Cheyenne warriors.
