TRUMPETER SWANS
Trumpeter swans are the heaviest bird in North America and the largest waterfowl. In 1932 there were just 69 surviving swans in the greater Yellowstone area of Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. Now they are common in the Bear Lake Valley, thanks to active wildlife management.
